If you are the spouse, partner, or dependent of a fire fighter, you may also use this form to create your own login account for the Spokane Fire Fighters Benefit Trust. When completing the form, select Spouse/Partner/Dependent from the Registration Type dropdown to indicate your relationship.

If, after submitting your application, you receive a message stating that you are not currently in the system, don’t worry—your information has been saved. You will be prompted to complete a quick verification process with our third-party administrator, WPAS. Once verified, you can return to the form and submit it without starting over.
